    To begin your membership with Gateway Cobra Club please submit your vital information to our club registrar/Treasurer: Paul Proefrock

    Please include your:

    Name, address, phone numbers (work, home, cell) e-mail, etc. Also, tell us about your Cobra (make, model, year, colors, engine, options, stage of build, etc.), where you bought it, any other particulars. Also include other vehicles, birthdays, your occupation & company, and any other details about you and you significant others. BTW - this info will not be posted on-line (EVER). It's just for us - to make the club better. We will eventually create a database for internal club use only.

    We will begin collecting dues soon to enable the activities that we have planned for the year - so stay tuned for that.

    FINALLY - get involved. Attend the meetings, schedule some cruises, and have some fun. We want to make this club fun (for the whole family). We're small (for now) but we're going to make a big noise here in St. Louis. In the end - this club will only be as good as our members participation.

Welcome Aboard!!! It was a pleasure 2 meet U today @ McNair. I'm the guy who had the Silver w/Blk stripes Classic. I think U will like the guys in this group. Kerry Owens from Farmington is a great guy who is very knowledgeable & used to be funny drag bike racer. Tim "Hollywood" Mauldin was there today with his "Grape Ape." Co-Prez Mark Earls was the blue superformance. We call him Geezer after the bass guitarist for Black Sabbath cause Mark plays a mean bass guitar. U'll figure out pretty quick why my nickname is OddBall. I try to have a good time being silly or funny. Sometimes I succeed I hope. I look forward to seeing U again @ the next club event. We try 2 b pretty active. Next Sunday a cruise is planned to the Lake of the Ozarks to see a club member. I'm not sure I'm gonna make that one. Later. :cool: BTW Steve: There is a party @ my house on Sat. 7/26 @ Noon. Hope U & URs can make it. Let me know if U want directions to my house, I'll send U an address for mapquest. We plan 2 cruise over 2 Chuck-A-Burger @ 4ish 2 hear ShaBoom after the party.

You will notice I posted some pics of your sweet ride for the benefit of another club member - Craig Rednour aka Rednour1. He is sending his ride to paint at the end of the month with Murril out in Washington, MO. Your color scheme is the one Craig wants to do.

I was at the show without a ride...since my F5 is still in the building stage...but I hope to be done and on the road by next summer (I was the big tall guy in the bright yellow polo shirt with the GCC logo and my son was with me today dressed up like a Cowboy)
 
Steve, welcome aboard! Also, Steve won a 2nd place trophy in the Special Interest class! So Mike, we did bring home some hardware! :D Steve, I didn't ask to get your trophy, Mark may be able to help.

Steve, no amount of sucking up to the guys you met at the show is going to get you out of paying club dues. Until you pay, 2nd place is first loser. You pay your dues and intstantly you are a hero for bringing home some hardware. If you choose not to pay, we are going to laugh at your $3.00 trophy and the 8 hours of expended time you used to get it.

Just messin with ya and welcome aboard!!!!

Poor guy! He just joins the club & U guys jump on him w/2 feet extra hard. :eek: Hey beenthere, believe it or not there R some nice guys in this club. So take that MikeyD, H/W & all U mean spiritred Macho freaks! :rolleyes::D:p

I'm catching on......

First, I did pay...Mark needs to check his mailbox....that little dog house lookin thing at the end of the driveway on the pole...without a trophy in it!

Second, I only invested 4 hours...4 hours smarter than some without a trophy!

Lastley, I told a joke to the lady at the food tent and she gave me a free hot dog...way cooler than a trophy...and I ate it ...which of course you can't do with a trophy...something those without a trophy might not know.

(I'm thinkin this is gunna be fun)

Thanks, will do. BTW we have met. I'm the guy that was salivating all over you car at Fastlane and the Ford show a year or two ago. Finally got mine done. Can't wait to show it to you...just don't park yours next to mine...I'm not quite up to your standard yet. :)
