So Fiat will take over Dodge and just make the cars smaller and for better gas mileage? And since Fiat is so dependable.

So the ownership of Chrysler breaks down like this - Fiat will own 35%, Retirees Pension Fund will own 55%, remainder will be US and Canada Govt. And the Fenton plant is closed with no polyanna dreams of re-opening.
