Dave bought one of those Retrobuilt Mustangs.
It's a 2010 made to look like a 1970 GT500.

I think 70K is the price neighborhood.

Interesting, hadn't seen one of those yet. I don't think it transitions well to a 70's Mustang. I'm guessing someone has already done an Elenor(?)

Thumbs down here. It looks lame with no dish in the wheels, front end is too long / back end too short. The original 70 GT350/500 was just too pretty a car to mess it up with a recreation like this.

I think the original is ugly too. Front end is too long on it, I'm wondering if it's not just the angle of the shot?

Dave has a nice F5R coupe, silver, but with red interior. Car looks great though. Neat story, while I was there. Dave showed me an article from Ford Performance - http://www.fordperformancegroup.com/news/?var2=27 when he received a call from a soldier in Iraq inquiring about a car. He had him on speaker, so I overheard the conversation. The guy was offering a lesser amount on a car Dave had and although Dave didn't come all the way down to the Guy's price, he did discount it substantially since he was a soldier and all. Glad I could hear the conversation, was a nice gesture by David
