I originally had an eta of November 30. Ford Customer Care says its sitting in a railyard somewhere in Missouri, waiting for a car hauler to deliver it to the dealership. The transportation company may or may not give the dealership a date for delivery. I call every other day for the same response, "not today".
I'll post some pics if it ever gets here.

I have a trailer, find that railyard and we'll go pick it up!
