Mustang 5.0 Coyote Pickup...?

With a 5.0 Coyote and IRS rear....I would buy this.

The back seat in a Mustang is worthless.
Having a small bed with a cover would make it far more practical....and I like the stance.
Could be lighter than the fastback as well.

Looks a little like the profile of a Fox Notchback.

In effect....A modern day Ranchero.

Don't be so sure about that - the marketing guys sometimes go off the deep end and try stuff like this. Look at the Chevy SSR

They already make the UTE in Austrailia....
It would be an easy transition here... and would sell well.

My point is that if they can make a separate Ranchero style for the much smaller Australian market...they can make a Mustang based Ranchero for the US market.
The drivetrain, suspension, electrical, trim, power control and forward half body / interior work is already done.

Again...it would be an easy transition with minimal added engineering and a ton of interchangeability with Mustang parts already in inventory.
