Been working from home for a year while my company vehicle sits undriven in front of my house. I've gone out and started it several times as well as driven around the neighborhood. I noticed yesterday that I have a smell and some mouse droppings in the seats. Any suggestions on getting the mouse and the smell out?

Drop a big ol snake in there and it will be taken care of.

Well, maybe not the smell.
I had the same problem with an old truck I bought and used a pressure sprayer on the inside and out, that's probably not an option in your case!

I have in the past gotten a carbon cabin filter if it uses one and it does a pretty good job of removing smells.

Get a bottle of Peppermint oil and spray the carpet inside the vehicle.
Or soak cotton balls in it and place in little nooks and crannies at any entry points or where mice might run.
Mice hate the smell and it will help to overcome the odor they leave.

This is what I have used in the past:

Be sure to check your electrical wiring. Much of the wire insulation is made from a soy product and mice will chew it off the wiring doing considerable damage.
Our neighbors at the farm were storing a Mazda sedan for one of their relatives that was deployed to the sandbox and the car had to have the entire body harness replaced from mice damage when he returned.

Found the mouse, was dead in the back of the jeep under a pile of stuff I haul around for work. He's been evicted and the jeep cleaned. Smells better already. Everything is working, so, I'm assuming that no wiring was damaged, but, probably won't know that for a while. Found some piles of something in the engine bay, that I assume the mouse brought in. Anyway, Mouse Gate is over :D
