MACC Autocross July 23 & 24

I'm interested in going. But curious what everyone is planning on doing. Are you all doing the car show, dinner, breakfast, etc. etc.? Staying Saturday night as well? What hotel? Dan mentioned a closer hotel? I assume closer to where the autocross track is?

I don't plan on going to the car show, but I will be going to the get together at Ann & Wayne's on Friday night and driving both days in the autocross.
 
Registration is about to open up to general public. If you're going, best to get registered now. So, who is going besides me?
 
Hello St. Louis Friends!

As Tim mentioned, the autocross event is now open to the general public for registration. If you have not yet registered, please do so because they are limiting the participants per day to now 40.

The autocross is at our normal location at the MCC Blue River Campus. The event on Friday and Saturday gates open at 8am. I will be there early each day...about 7am to help the Mustang Club. MACC members will be helping to staff the event. Yes - this event is in conjunction with a large Mustang Club of America National Show in Overland Park Kansas. I will be participating both days at the AX only. I will not be participating in the car show. I have to leave Sunday for a work event.

Friday night - 7pm Anne and I will host all GWCC members and MACC members participating at our house for dinner. My pool will also be open and available if it is hot! I live on a cul-de-sac that if you drive your Cobra's to my house they will be safe and sound! My home address is 5931 NW Liston Ct. Kansas City MO 64151.
 
So after a frustrating long weekend I'm officially pulling out of the autocross. Just too many competing things for my time right now and I don't want to rush the car and then have to pull the body again. That being said I contacted Wayne and I can swap someone into my slot. I signed up for both days of the autocross. I'll hold the slot(s) for anyone in the club for a week. If there are no takers by the time of the club meeting I'll just cancel my spot. I'm hoping someone else in the club can use the time. It really is a great event. Just let me know.
 
Dates conflict for GRACIE...too close to leaving on vacation back east...so we will miss this event...not going...so all have fun...enjoy!
