All, this past weekend was a busy weekend. If you couldn't find anything to do, you didn't look very hard :D Friday, Paul, Keith and I visited Hermann and Washington playing "hooky" from work. Keith and I visited the Street Car Takeover event Friday evening and Paul attended the show at Sonic in Kirkwood, which, as it turns out is each and every Friday (weather pending). Saturday and Sunday, I did yard work, but, the Blue Oval event was happening in Hermann, Street Car Takeover at Gateway and a few car shows were happening across the area.

Monday was the Cobblestone Nationals at Fast Lane Classic Cars in St Charles and it was well attended and we may have recruited a couple of additional members. As you can see from the Calendar - http://gatewaycobraclub.com/forums/calendar.php - we have a busy next 3 weeks as well. Mike P was tasked with updating the Calendar with the many flyers we received at the car show. Some sound pretty interesting. Please speak up if you have any questions about the upcoming events and you want to participate. Yep, driving season is in full swing :D :D :D :D
 
Saturday the 6th could be a beautiful day....according to Cindy on Channel 5. There are several shows/events going on Saturday. I'm working on my car, so probably won't get out, but, if I could, I would consider going to Cars and Coffee first thing, then the Armed Forces BBQ at Red Fish Blue Fish, head from there to the All Ford Show at the Museum of Transportation and end up at the Augusta Strawberry Fest....then make sure I wish Kerry a Happy Birthday.....whew!!!! What a day! :D
 
I traded my Monday for Saturday to go to the Hotrod tour, now that looks like it may be a rain day. :(
