No, That is my next step. I had a buddy in IL that is one of the largest in the state for this. I have been trying to get reach him for advice also, but he is out scouting properties now and is difficult to reach.
He once told me it was really cuthrought and now 90% of the sales get bought by 3 companies in IL, because the state tried to discourage the newcomers in buying because they didn't understand the process.
