Before I make another trip to Shapiro Metal Supply (although I love the place, the drive and location are not my favorite), I thought I'd check here.
I'm planning to fabricate a bracket to hold my Canton 2qt Overflow tank and I'm looking for a thicker piece of aluminum than I currently have.
T6 6061 would be preferred or something similar.
Looking for about .125 x 7" x 12" (slightly larger is ok, but nothing smaller).
Let me know if you have a spare piece (I'm more than happy to pay you for it, not looking for handout, just saving a trip Natural Bridge). Thanks!
If I don't hear from anyone, I'll probably run by there after lunch tomorrow.
Anybody need anything while I'm there? (oh, I might pick up some 26" x 26" stock to mount my trailer logo, now that I know they aren't 24" x 24"
