I’m a bachelor next weekend and the current forecast is for a couple of sunny days with highs of 80 degrees. Is anyone interested in heading over to the Gateway Kartplex for a little friendly competition? http://gatewaykartplex.com/

I don’t think there’s a need to do anything very formal. We just figure out the date and time when the most folks can make it and just plan on meeting there. Last time a bunch of us went we ran three heats so my thought is to do the same thing.

I've sent this to the Lotus folks. So far the only positive answer is for Sunday.

Who’s in? What time works best for you?

Will let you know mid week. I'm punting a trip with Tom to Black Hawk to stay home and catch up with yard work and house maintenance, so depends on what I get done this week, but Sunday would be best for me unless it rains Saturday.

Sunday - a day of rest. What could me more restful than wrestling a go kart around the track? ;)

I have a couple other takers for Sunday, so that is looking like the day.
