Still a killer car. I pulled on to Old State road last Friday morning on my way to see a customer in Union and saw that Steve was coming up behind me on his way to work. Exited to see a Cobra early in the morning (around 6:45) I got in the right lane, slowed down, dropped my window and waved frantically as he went by but apparently Pontiac's are invisible in Steve world when he's got some horsepower on tap :D. I still enjoyed listening to the great sound as I got gas at QT and Steve headed west on Manchester when the light changed.

Steve has also had to have some extra plates welded in to 'Kate's' frame as the frame had a crack in it. Any other updates Steve?

Not good ones. After I got home from Muncie Kate wasn't running smoothly. I took her to Winner's Circle. Danny thought at first that I might have broken a valve spring. I wish it was that simple. It turns out I had 10 bent push rods, a broken valve spring and other issues related to, shall we say, the quality of PE's build. More details to follow once I have a chance to talk to Eric at PE.

The good news is she's back together and I'll be picking her up Monday evening.

Steve
