What give's? Why do they keep him around? His 4th blown save of the year? Arugggh.

I'm thinking the new hard throwin' youngin' ought to close. If you can throw 94+, you should close. Especially if you don't know where it's goin' - Wild Thing Parisi, PUT HIM IN! This team cannot afford to lose games like this.

Why else would he still be around after the last three years?

If he doesn't have a four run lead in the ninth...the game is in jeopardy.

Freakin' amazing. I grew up in St. Louis, always a redbirds fan, lived in Denver for 9 years, grew to like the Rockies but always a redbirds fan...moved back in 2005 and started folowing the Cards again - and have cringed every time I hear Izzy is coming in to releave
