Speaking of Coyote engines, I visited Gateway Bronco yesterday in Hamel, IL. They restore/rebuild/customize the old Ford Bronco 2s. He has about 20 in various stages of body, paint, and assembly. If you check out their website, you will see they sell them for 100k and up. And the engine, tranny combo he prefers to use is the Coyote with the 6 speed auto transmission. A lot of horsepower for a lightweight, four wheel drive with a high center of gravity but boy, are they cool!
