Well let me think this through. Venetian Red was used until Roman Red was introduced in '59 then GM switched to Riverside in '63. I am going with a 1959 Corvette, Final answer. (unless that's not right.)

Well that leaves '60, '61 or 62. Since you are more odd than even and given the "Russian" undertone to the name, history buff would know that on April, 12 1961 Russia put the first man in space. That there is some fine reasoning!
