How to create a Build Area on the Forum

I would like to create my own build area under the "Club Member's Build & Upgrade Area." I haven't been able to find a link or anything on how to do that. Unfortunately I was unable to attend the Feb. meeting where the club went over the new website, so I apologize if I'm asking something that was covered then. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
