For those hockey fans out there, last night/today was an exciting night for Brendan (and me).
Went to the St. Louis Bandits game (Junior A team) where we participated in a benefit to raise money for a local hockey family whose dad has ALS. After the game my old mans group played until midnight, then off to Brendan's game in Fairview Heights where we won first game early this afternoon. Then back to Chesterfield for Practice at 5p
Oh yeah, did I mention that we met a couple of cool people (see pic)....This is Brendan with St. Louis Blues David Backes, Barrett Jackman, Jay McClement, and Cam Jansson!!!
I still can't get the smile off of his face
Back to the rink tomorrow and Monday...then a week off (thank God!)
