    To begin your membership with Gateway Cobra Club please submit your vital information to our club registrar/Treasurer: Paul Proefrock

    Please include your:

    Name, address, phone numbers (work, home, cell) e-mail, etc. Also, tell us about your Cobra (make, model, year, colors, engine, options, stage of build, etc.), where you bought it, any other particulars. Also include other vehicles, birthdays, your occupation & company, and any other details about you and you significant others. BTW - this info will not be posted on-line (EVER). It's just for us - to make the club better. We will eventually create a database for internal club use only.

    We will begin collecting dues soon to enable the activities that we have planned for the year - so stay tuned for that.

    FINALLY - get involved. Attend the meetings, schedule some cruises, and have some fun. We want to make this club fun (for the whole family). We're small (for now) but we're going to make a big noise here in St. Louis. In the end - this club will only be as good as our members participation.

Just sharing with the group that my car is headed back to Florida (should be this week) from CT. My builder is waiting to hear from BDR when my new build will happen. Long story short, after paint correction the body's base coat flaws still exist (probably due to releasing agent). Due to the cost of repairs and builder not wanting to put their name on a flawed product and after discussing the situation, they have requested a complete new build. Not much to say really other than the the wait continues (estimate April 2022).
 
We could build you a factory five by then. Why not check out the BDR's at FastLane? But, I get it, you ordered it how you wanted it....sux man.

You could buy another Cobra for this season and sell it when yours is ready?? :rolleyes::) Of course, we like spending other peoples $$. :o

Car is back in Florida.

Today builder received word from Backdraft, ETA on new car arrival is 3 August (~2 months). A lot shorter timeframe than I was thinking (Jan 2022) but we'll see.
 
After a disappointing setback, my new build number is #2273 slated arrival 3 Aug on BDR website :D
 
Feel sorry for you Steven. I know you had your heart set on it. The new one will be here soon.

quick update: my car was delivered to my builder last Saturday. They can finally begin
