• For all members (past, current, and new)

THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING TO GET THIS CLUB OFF THE STARTING LINE !!!

To begin your membership with Gateway Cobra Club please submit your vital information to our club registrar/Treasurer: Paul Proefrock

    Please include your:

Name, address, phone numbers (work, home, cell) e-mail, etc. Also, tell us about your Cobra (make, model, year, colors, engine, options, stage of build, etc.), where you bought it, any other particulars. Also include other vehicles, birthdays, your occupation & company, and any other details about you and you significant others. BTW - this info will not be posted on-line (EVER). It's just for us - to make the club better. We will eventually create a database for internal club use only.

We will begin collecting dues soon to enable the activities that we have planned for the year - so stay tuned for that.

FINALLY - get involved. Attend the meetings, schedule some cruises, and have some fun. We want to make this club fun (for the whole family). We're small (for now) but we're going to make a big noise here in St. Louis. In the end - this club will only be as good as our members participation.

Thanks for joining us - see you in the fast lane!

Hello Everyone

The 11/8 meeting is not on at the moment. Normally do not have meeting November - January. We do have a get together in December, kind of a pre-holiday party (for the politically correct), stay tuned for that. Enjoy SEMA and take some pics to post here! :D

Motor?

John
Unsure if you've committed on motor for your car yet or not. Mark Sides lives in Ladue and was building a car and now must back off. He has a 427 side oiler for sale that is really a good deal.

This is a link to the posting he put on Club Cobra lineslingers 427FE

If you are interested, I can put you in touch with him. You can't buy a similar motor for the price he has it listed for. The guy who built it is one of the acknowledged FE experts in the Saint Louis area.

ERA build

Z MAN,

Welcome to the club. My son, Tom, and I have #768 ERA 427 SC that we put together a year ago. It was a great exerience building the car and we are now having fun driving it. If you need help on anything let me know. I think you will be pleased by the quality of the ERA.

Era #800

Clyde,

Thanks for your posting! My car should arrive around Dec. 10. I was just at ERA last week and learned a lot chatting with Doug. The car is at the painter and just starting to come to life. See attached. I can't wait to begin this project! I look forward to meeting you soon. Thanks again.

Doug has been a huge help.......very knowledgable. Bob Putnam is helpful also. Peter is a nice guy but not much on the technical side.
