Thank you, my friend!
When you are not hearing from me, it is rarely due to anything other than exceptionally busy times around the Mueller Enterprises conglomerate!
Debbie offered up b'day greetings yesterday and it was only then that it dawned on me. Honest!
We did get a 2 week vacation squeezed in from 17 June to 5 July. Made a pilgrimmage to the birthplace of NAVAIR - Pensacola, FL and met with a group of 4 good buddies/ shipmates (squadron mates!) that I worked with from '76 to '79 while stationed at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, WA.
We had quite a reunion and, of course, the attendant ceremonial salutations and celebratory imbibements.
And on the Cobra Front, NAJA passed State inspection Thursday and will be getting a new tab on Monday. AND, I got the annual insurance renewal from Hagerty and they dropped all deductibles and reduced my premium by $174!!! Don't know why, I am not complaining! Maybe cause I have been with them for 10 years now???
Hope to hear some word about the August picnic. That is why I logged on this PM anyway!
