I'll wager that at least one or two local Cobras will not get spanked by a Lotus.

I will be operating under a significant handicap on the straights. I guess I'll just have to make it up in the corners. To quote The Terminator "No problemo".

In 2011 I have been faster than all of the local Lotus crowd (Elise, Exige, and Evora) on the autocross track. I will be at a disadvantage at hallett as I have never been on a road course. I think it will be very close and alot of fun.
I plan to start on street tires to learn the course, then switch to the hoosier slicks for faster running. I will then try my super soft Hankook autocross tires for a couple of laps to see what kind of time the car is capable of.

Yokohama Advan A048s. These were the stock tires that came with the car. I run them both on the street and track.

The reviews sounds like they are very similar in performance to my Kumho XS's. Looking at the prices they are about double the price though. Hopefully we can pair up while I am on my XS's for a fair comparison.

June 1 and 2 (which is a Friday and Saturday) the first week of June 2012 was the most popular dates for next TNT Invitational. So save the dates and get your kit cars, replica’s, or whatever you want to refer to your track cars ready. I will be sending out a registration sometime in the early spring. If any of your friends wants to bring their Camaro’s, Vette’s, Saleen’s, Challengers or whatever they like to drive let me know and we can make room for them as well. Also, there was considerable interest in October 20 and 21, 2012 as an additional date. I will have more details to follow as they become available.
A special thanks to all of you that attended the last TNT cooker we had last August 6 and 7, 2011. The June 1 and 2, 2012 should be a lot more driver and equipment friendly. Call me if you have any questions at 918-633-5336.
