Just got back from the farm tonight where I have been deer hunting in the mornings and evenings and brush hogging 160 acres of pasture during the day.
Killed these two Coyotes last weekend...one standing at 85 yds. The other larger one was running at 200+ yds.
This was the 200+ yd shot looking back toward my shooting position.
On Friday morning I killed the largest of three does at 7:30 for my x wife who loves venison....and then killed this large 10pt buck 45 mins later... One of the nicest racks of all the deer I've taken on our farm. It's not the largest buck I've taken off the farm...but it's very close.
Doe was 85 yds away and the buck was 240 yds quartering away at a fast walk...He was in full rut as can be seen by his swollen neck and was trailing a doe with his nose to the ground.
Anybody have personal experience with a good taxidermist?
The man that mounted the other big deer in our living room is now retired....
I head back tomorrow to continue brush hogging the remaining fields.
