GCC has pulled ahead in the count - 6 to 5. With me that puts us at 12 participants. I'm going to nudge the STALLS group. It would be great to have 8 on a side.

PS: Yes - if you have a helmet bring it. If you don't have one they will provide one.
PSS: No - you can't bring your own cart. :p

WOW!!!

We are at almost full capacity. They allow 11 karts on the track at one time and we have 21 racers. 10 from GCC and 11 from STALLS.

I'll be sending a private email to all of the participants with additional information.

This is going to be tons of fun.

To save some time, go here and download the waiver form, complete and bring it with you - Waiver Form

Steve, we need some ground rules, like, is bumping racing? Handicaps for the weight impaired drivers like me? Oh yeah, I may be bringing my own ringer....he will want car #2.....just sayin' ;)

Tim:

For those that have previously been to Pole Position and signed a waiver they do not need to sign another one.

Bumping happens but they frown on excessive / deliberate contact.

I asked the manager about handicapping for weight. He said that their experience is that weight doesn't play as much of a role as you'd think. The lighter guys will run faster on the straights, but the heavier guys will take the corners faster since they are planted better.

Fasting over the next 10 days is an option. :D
