Getting ready to start the process to polish my windshield. After only 12,000 miles on the car, the windshield looks like it was sandblasted, covered with tiny surface pits in the glass. So after doing some research, I've bought some Cerium Oxide glass scratch remover and a set of polishing pad discs. From what I've read and watched so far, this is not easy nor is it a quick process. I'll try to post some pictures along the way - not sure how well they will show any detail, but we will see. Let the fun begin. And, if this works well, my plan is to get the windshield covered with a special PPF for windshields, to hopefully prevent this from recurring and possibly prevent future rock chips. Stay tuned.
