The SVT Cobra Mustang Club is hosting an event at Gingerman on April 17th through the 19th. http://www.svtcobraclub.com/mainpage.html. I've run with them before and they put on a great event.
Gingerman is near South Haven, MI. It is a good course for beginners. http://www.gingermanraceway.com/
You will need a helmet, 4 point harness (on both seats if you want / need an instructor), pants and long sleeved shirt. Your helmet must also be below the top of your rollbar.
