For those of you that weren't there last year or even were, but don't know why our "booth" is there. Mark and I will be participating in RNG this year and will need to rely on everyone's help at our booth to:

- Sell bottled water and canned soda's. If Gateway raises a stink about this, we will gladly accept a donation to our club for same.
- Skim over the RNG Rules and Registration section of http://runngun.net. We had some members asking us questions about both last year, and it would be helpful if we could point them in the right direction.
- We will NOT be selling photo's this year, so that will be one less thing to worry about.
- We WILL be selling 50/50 tickets. These tickets will be used twice. We will have a drawing EACH day (Wednesday, Thursday AND Friday) to give away a GCC t-shirt and a 2010 GCC calendar. The ticket will then be put back in for the money drawing on Friday.

The "work" at the booth is light and just really a good way to get our club name out there for everyone to see in hopes of drawing future members that may be moving here, buying a car that live here etc... Mark will be putting a signup sheet out soon via the forum that will allow you to view the timeslots available where the booth will need to be manned (or WOmanned :D) Mark has a few experience passes to be given to those of you that wish to get your car on the track in a controlled speed lap. The leader will be a Pro driver that will show you the lines to take on the track which you can use for future reference.

Although the event officially starts Wednesday, there will be a need for two people there Tuesday afternoon to help park manufacturers' trucks, park registrants in their garage stalls etc.... No biggie, just fun to be at the track.

Any questions for Mark or I let us know.

Again, happy to help whenever needed but you know the deal. We will be on the track as much as off.

I plan on helping around the booth too like last year. I may occasionally disappear for the test and Tune though.
