We're moving it indoors with a fireplace and enjoying your favorite beverages with some good food!
Meeting 2/9 at: Brick House in Chesterfield
2 McBride & Son Center Dr.
Chesterfield, MO 63005

We'll start gathering at 6:00pm with a short meeting at 6:30pm.

Not a lot to cover yet since it's been too cold to cruise, but there should be lots of Winter projects in full throttle right now. Spring only 44 days away!
We'll start distributing our calendar / events schedule.

See you there!

Mark

I changed it Kerry. Thanks for pointing that out!

Corrected - Mark must have cut/pasted message and it carried in the formatting from another document.

Thanks Paul, that must have been it.
Yes, I was in a hurry Friday afternoon to finish and catch our flight (visited our son in San Antonio this weekend to finalize some wedding plans (and write checks (Ouch!).
I didn't check the post after I submitted it.

I called the Brick House and requested a couple tables for GCC away from the main area. I plan to get there around 5:30-5:40 to see what they were able to work out? If anyone else is available to arrive early we could test to make sure the beverages are cold enough for the group?? :D

Proposed Agenda:

- Review January Meeting - Tim
- Review this month's activities/plans - Mark P.
- Review Calendar - Mike P.
- Take ideas for Feb/March activities and March meeting

Any thing else?

My intention with going over highlighted calendar events is to initiate open discussions on items like Dyno Day, participation in Jeff City Shelbyfest, target GCC hang out day at Fast Lane and any other suggestions for possible events?

Small but good meeting at The Brick House last night. I reviewed a little of the January meeting, Mike brought the calendar and we shared a few ideas for upcoming events. John Z was there and shared a couple of SEMA stories, his new garage and long term plan for a GT40! :D Hopefully we will have nicer weather for the March meeting and more can join us.

One topic that has been making it's way around are the changes to the website. Some like the dark back ground, others do not. If you want to change it, there is a drop down box down at the bottom of the page on the left. You can change this to GCC-Org-Lite for a light background. Hope this helps!

Be advised...once you change to another alternate background...you cannot go back or select another alternate background.
All you will get is a box marked "Quick Style Chooser"...which offers no background options.

Make your choice wisely.

The one good thing is that even with these limitations...the unreadable black background is now history.

you can test them, by making a selection, then hitting the back button if you don't like it.

SORRY!! I take that, back it didn't save my selection when I went back! Don't do it! I lost all of the nice graphics at the top and the menus are corrupted.

I had no trouble switching backhand forth between styles, but I don't have GCC-Org-Lite ??

Obviuosly I'm special. No issues switching back and forth,. In selecting some styles, yes, the menus are corrupted. I prefer the dark version in the evening at home.

I am locked into a light green background with no ability to change...and the same loss of all graphics and the corrupted menu's Mark is reporting.
Also noted... as Rich has reported....no option of GCC-Org-Lite was available in the drop down menu.

Am using Firefox.

Maybe try Chrome? Maybe I'm seeing options ya'll don't have? See screen caps from Chrome, Edge and Firefox below.

After switching to the new Highlight Green background....the "Quick Style Chooser" drop down box is now blank....with no options shown...and no means to return to the default screen.

Originally there were eight options...which BTW...did not include the GCC-Org-Lite option.

Note that the only portion of the screen with a black background is the "What's New" button...

Kerry, I did have that issue with that background set. Go back into your history file and click on an older link, that should get you back to the new page setup.

Good idea...but I went back to a December link...and the new background is all that will load....even with the older link.

Might have to clear old cookies....but I hate to do that as I lose too many desirable changes.

Made progress by signing out...then signing back in.

Logging back in returned to the black background with the drop down menu working again.

But...The GCC-Org-Lite is still not shown as an option.

These are the options available:

Now that I know how to restore back to the default black background...I'll play with it some more.
