From the world of too much time on one's hands....

whew

  • Long winters in Saskatchewan
  • Lots of adult beverages to accomplish task
  • Hand shovel might be quicker
  • Project length is doubled by having to build models
  • Wonder is he's building concrete trucks?

Obviously there wasn't a wife asking when he's going to finish the basement!

Looks like a BIG KID playing in the dirt with his Tonka Trucks!
It would be fun for a couple hours, but punishment to have to finish a project like that.
I think I'll finish my Cobra build with Jeweler's tools! NOT! :D

You could use your XBox Kinect Mark and work from your couch on your car :D

How would I bust my knuckles using an xbox??

Besides, I think I could tighten a bolt or even bend a fuel line remotely, but there's no way I could twist off a beer cap! (you remember how much trouble I had @ Putnam! LOL :D)

I read the article, the guy was just playing in the dirt with his toys, it just happened to be in his basement. That's what you do in the winter when you're a farmer and it's 10 degrees outside. I think he spent the first 7 years building the R/Cs.
(must admit, they are pretty cool looking. I think he's got a lot of money in those toys!)

Thats just amazing. Those things are like 5-6 grand each. I was impressed with how much power they actually had.
