I don't think either! BBG - you do know that a car can be retrofitted with any transmission on the planet, right? Same with the engine, matter of fact, maybe it would be better to get this small block car (cheaper since it's a small block) turn around and sell the 302 to a cobra builder here or at FFC. Come on, make it happen! :D

Mark, seriously, how much they asking for this small block car AND automatic? What you save, you could put back in a killer built 347, 351, 427, 460 (my favorite) and tremec. Let's just say you go with a BBF Crate - about $12k + tranny about $4k. So, if you find a BBF right now out there, which you can't/haven't, and it is priced upwards of $80k, then this one surely is around $65k?

Tim: on ebay they'll let it go for 75,000-80,000 if you buy it right now. On their website it's listed for 95,000 ouch!

I think I'm just going to have to look at my die cast model over my sink and pretend I'm on a beautiful road to anywhere. Or I can still go for rides in the pretty little blue pig in my garage.
It's still not the same. It's just so unfair.
