FFCobra legal help

I used paypal to pay this morning. That web site was vital in my build, I would hate to loose it. I recieved the following response e-mail:

What I am not understanding is the fact that this essentially has already been tried and an agreement was reached. How can you sue again for the same thing? I actually think he DOES have a case against FFCobra.com for use of the Cobra and Daytona monikers, but wouldn't a simple phone call to Bill asking him to stop the name use have worked too? I don't get why someone with millions can't take a compliment. I understand the use of the name, I get it, but something that "looks" like his car design? What about all the other cars in the 60's that clearly copied his design. '49 Ferrari, AC Fruia, and one other one I can't exactly remember, looked very much like a Shelby Cobra with a "high" front end but very similar grill and body design. Let us not forget he did not design the original body and chassis for the car that became the Cobra. AC Limited did. That's old history. Also, the Daytona was strikingly similar shape as a Ferrari GTO (I think).

I agree with the web-site. Bill would be better off renaming the domain to something w/o c***a in it. I'm not a computer web programmer so I have not clue what all of this meta tag stuff is about. I know Tbull explained it before, but that really is a stretch in the law-suit.

Yes, his case is very thin, and he did not give the 30 day notification to rectify before they filed suit. It should get tossed out in Feb. when the filing is heard.

My thoughts are, that most little guys, such as Bill at FFcobra simply cave in, and he wins, no questions asked.

this is the same crap pulled on everett - morrison 5- 6 years ago all i can say is carol when you pass on take all that money and put it in the casket with you. I will be there with my check book writing checks and taking your cash HA HA. his crap with everett - morrison forced me to buy from another manufacturer. He also makes a bundle off the new mustangs with anything saying shelby on it.
