How many of you take this much care when detailing? I know I don't

I do. The taping off of areas - never thought of that though. I don't do the clay bar. The Mikita - I have. It's not a very precise machine. Very bulky. I get better results by hand. But, for the most part, I have done those types of things. I have the small brushes. I wash my carpets like him. I clean my wheels like that. Chrome bits, windows - yep done all of that. Spent 9 hours on it Saturday. Could have kept going, ran out of daylight.
I haven't even washed mine,then again I have no paint!
He took the tail lights out to polish them. I've taken the wheels off to clean the insides. He should have done that. I've cleaned the underside many times - he didn't. I remove the seats twice a year to vacuum and clean more thoroughly. I detailed the gas tank when Omer dropped the tank to replace the line. But the video is nice.

I think mine still has mud from Texas, grass from Putnam AND Hallett, and bugs from Arkansas when I drove it down there. It MIGHT be clean enough to park by you on Saturday
NO WAY after all that work I wouldn't want to get it dirty. Mines a driver...
