GREAT NEWS ALERT!!

Obama eligibility case will be heard on merits !!
Please distribute everywhere.

Just got off the phone with Orly Taitz, the attorney in Keyes v. Obama.

At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter said the following:

1. There will be a trial.
2. It will be heard on the merits.
3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues.
4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority.
5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC.
6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

The DOJ will be involved with the case also.... I wasn't clear if they would be trying to get to the truth or they would just be blindly representing Obama.

Orly will be adding members of the military from California as plaintiffs also.This is from what my interpretation of our conversation. Orly, asked me to disseminate this information out for her, she will be doing a posting later after she gets some sleep.

Please say a prayer of protection for Orly, her family, and Judge Carter. Please also pray that the truth will come to light regarding Obama and justice will be done.

That last statement is why it needs to be left alone. In 4 years, it will care for itself. I understand why this is being done, but right now just isn't the time. I agree with the principal, but not the timing.

Although I understand your logic I have to disagree. To address this issue now is the lesser of several evils. It won't be a popular decision in some groups...but neither was fighting a war to end slavery. Yet it was the right thing to do.

The right decision is rarely the easiest most expeditious one in life.

With as much damage as is being done to both the current and future economy with more and more uncontrolled spending, undermining of the private business sector and piling on of debt...the sooner this issue is resolved...the better for future generations and the survival of our economy.

By not acting we also set a precedent that electing a president does not have to follow the rule of law. The longer Pandora's box remains open the more irreversible damage is done.

The possibilities, as I see it, of removing THIS president:

- Civil war -black against white - even if one voted for him, they would be held accountable in the view of the "other" side.
- Biden is put in to office - Oh brother, do I need to say more?
- The already poor economy crashes, and I mean, zero's out. Where's your retirement/social security/savings etc....?
- North Korea strikes while there is a change in leadership
- Iraq/Iran strike while there is a change in leadership
- The draft is re-instated, but cannot be enforced....

Nothing positive comes out of this, maybe in the long run, but I won't be here by the time those rewards come around, however my kids will be. And THAT is the reason there will be a large crevice between people with kids and people without kids, I think. I do understand the reasoning of proving this, but all that can be done now is more controls put in to place for future presidents, more scrutiny of their background, and a higher court ruling this presidency was unconstitutional so there can be no future arguments. The spending would/will continue no matter who was in office. I don't know how to fix this economy, but kicking this president out isn't the answer.
 
Ummm very interesting. I've said it before in Brandon's/kid's thread re: off duty Police officer friend. If someone has something to gain or lose by distorting the truth, then you know what will happen. Could it be possible that those that claim that his birth cert. is genuine are distorting the truth or visa versa? You be the judge. BTW just because someone says something is true & thousands afterwards say the same thing doesn't necessarily make it true. Those that have a hidden agenda to prove something true that they believe to be true will most of the time lose their objectivity.

I also read today in The Star that W has alzheimer's. Maybe that explains something;)
 
Another thought

If obama does good he will say he did this in spite of all the racism and if he fails he will blame it on racism and george ( even tho his mom was white ) this is a no win. I just can only pray for some magic to strike us.
