Obama has instructed his Sec of Treasure, Time Geithner, to come up with a plan to allow future home owners to buy a home at 4% rates.
My plan would be similair to Geithners personal plan...don't pay any FICA/Medicare taxes for four years. Put the money in Gold. Then when IRS audits, pay up without penalties, just interest.
