Are any of you folks going to the Crestwood Parade and Car show this Saturday? I'm still trying to find out the details, but it looks to be a good time. As soon as I get some more info I will post it.

The Crestwood show has been relocated to Sunset Ford and is this weekend. They are parading early in the morning from Crestwood, down Watson and ending up at Sunset for the show. Sh-Boom is playing that evening at Sunset Ford

Look at the thread "8/11 Cruise" to keep an eye on what the group is doing

Had a great time at the Crestwood event yesterday! Got there around 8:30 a.m. and left at 4:00 p.m. Lots of great cars, bikes and such. A buddy of mine snapped a couple of pics of Cobras that got there after we left. Looks like possibly Paul's car....not sure who the other one belongs to....

Me and Paul got there around 8:00, met up with Keith and watched Sh-Boom until 10. Lot had emptied a lot by the time we got there. Sorry we missed you!
 
Only cobras there that I am aware of was
Leos, black primer
Mine, all white sealer
Pauls ,white with stripes
Tims, purple with stripes
 
I was there for a while too, but didn't park on the lot, but instead parked in the visitor places next to the lot. Figured I'd find where people were and then move. When I got there I couldn't find any cobras though. I was there around 3. Sorry I missed you RugbyRef. Where were you parked? I saw Leo pull in just before I left.

I did have an interesting talk with a guy who converted his 1990 corvette into a modern covette with a 63 split window racer with an after market body. Said he only did it after hitting 2 deer at the same time on Antire road. The body was toast, but the fram and everything else was good and nobody would give him much for the car so he just converted it himself and put Inglese Stack injection on as well. looks pretty cool.

I was in row "D" about midway down the row. I was parked next to a car with the most amazing pictorial covering it...all related to the armed services. We left at 4:00 p.m.....long ride home.
