Just wanted to say it was nice to see the cars last night and put some faces with names. Everyone there were very nice. Have to look in to becoming a member and join in on the fun.

I'm Mark (with short hair & mustach), we talked after the meeting about your build.

I'd really like to take a look at yours when it's convenient, been planning mine for a little over a year and still have tons of questions and I'd like to get your recommendations.

Nice to meet you Rick. I have seen you out here at work many times but it was good to finally meet you. I look forward to the day when there are two Cobras out on our parking lot.

Pipes

Mark,

Yes thats the pipes off my cobra. Mines not much to look at but would be happy for you to look at it, maybe tou have some ideas for me. Clyde it was good to met you to had seem your 47 Ford before but had no idea you had a Cobra. Can't wait to see it and good luck on Mon.

Hood vent

Yes I do think I'm keeping the hood vents. Don't know what video you posted can't open at work, but if you got it off ffcars from radtexas27 that would be it:)
 
Hey I really like that vented hood look. Now just add a couple of NACA ducts in the front nose to ease the pressure at higher speed and your there. Very cool. I love getting more thoughts for the next build.

Back to the Meeting thread. I'm sorry I wasn't able to make it. Did you discuss the picnic? I'm grilling and I'll work with whomever on the rest of it. Hopefully no one becomes ill from the cooking. ;) I'm assuming the same place as last year?
