Does Missouri require bumpers, wanting to delete quick jacks front and rear?

yes they do and the jack pads are enough.

Quick jacks are fine if the car is titled as a 1965-1967 (?). I was told bumpers are required on all cars after a certain mfg year...I think its 1968/1969 and beyond.

delete them after you have the "inspection" done
