Rich, I also have bowls, plastic spoons and napkins left from Super Cruise that I will bring. Do you need any tables or help with Chili or anything else? Mike
 
Cornbread sounds yummy:)
Mike a small table would be nice. I don't have a large table, so like last year. will use saw horses with wood tops on them.
I may move the start of fire back closer to 6.
 
6 sounds good since sunset it 6:30. We'll be out around 2 or 3. Do you have any parts so we can work on the car? :p :D

Rich, I'll add a small table, a couple of the plastic table cloths and a cooler of bottled water for the group. Like Tim/Linda, will be out around 2 or 3. Mike

We want to be sure to have enough wienies for everyone! Will have the franks in a crock pot to keep them hot. Should I bring power strip / extension cord(s) for that crock pot? Matt and I are also bringing 2 picnic tables with 6 - 8 person seating capacity each. Can the fire pit area be reached by 4x4 truck? Sorry, so many questions so late, but the weather looks to be PERFECT for a cozy cuddle by the fire and I just pulled my head out of all that political face booking long enough to catch up on the things that REALLY matter!!
 
Keith, that looks about right, I am going to grill about a dozen hotdogs as well, in case someone wants chili dogs. Tables will be great, :) usually we just eat in our lawn chairs.:roll eyes: An yes you can drive right to the wood stack, although its going to get REALLY hot. :cool: I have all the power cords, but if you have an extra power strip it may come in handy. Thanks

You're way more organized than me, I just hash it all together at the last minute.
 
As an FYI - Linda doesn't eat anything round/cylindrical/long :D So, hotdogs/Brats are out. We're bringing Frito's and dip.
 
Just need to be able to drop the tables off near where we will be eating, and the chairs, throws, and cooler near the "heater"!
 
Kerry you should bring some ice, my fridge has a poor ice maker.
