I thought you told me you just picked up a replacement set of Avons, but wanted to throw this out there for you (or anyone else interested). Might be good to bookmark it.
15" diameter V-rated radial tire that will compete head to head with the Avons. It is the Classic Racing model made by Nankang Tire (subsidiary of Tireco). According to Brandon, they should be about $400.00 less, per set of 4 tires, than the Avon CR6ZZ set. They will start taking orders around August 26-27 of 2024 for an expected late November 2024 delivery date.
They are radials with an 80 tread wear rating. There are 5 sizes planned, currently:
185/70VR15
215/60VR15
225/60VR15
245/60VR15
295/50VR15
