I want to tell everyone here that Paul has helped out this GCC member and my new company (Honda R&D). We had a serious delivery issue with a long time vendor on a european made in-ground car lift. After hearing about how the delivery was effecting our project and one of my colleagues status with our sr. manager, I contacted Paul to see if he could help with our project.

Long story short, once we figured out what we wanted, we issued a notice to proceed earlier this week, and Paul got a Rotary lift here today to Ohio (via his installer in Illinois who got up at 2:30 am this morning to make the drive). When I left today his installer was overseeing our general contractors excavator making sure they would be ready to set the lift tomorrow.

Talk about great service! I had the dates mixed up and thought the lift was coming next week!

Thanks Paul - I hope to continue and do more work with you next year when our Fabrication department is ready to do a few more of these. Hope Brett (installer) doesn't mind the drive. I'd rather do business with someone I trust over someone local.
