From one of our newest members comes this fabulous example of a 289 Cobra. Ralph Caraffa's silver ERA is an excellent example of the 289 FIA Cobras from the early 60s. You don't see very many 289 replicas, but when you do you'll be just as stunned as we were. A beautiful machine. Way to go Ralph.
This car was built by Ralph and his daughter - wow. It features a 289 Ford motor punched out to 336 cubic inches making almost 400 horsepower. It's mated to a TKO600 5 speed. This is ERA chassis #2130 completed in 2009.
