Murrill called and asked me to make the owners of cars that he has painted aware that he will be hosting a Customer appreciation day on Sunday October 4th at the lakeside pavilion at his place. BBQ and beverages will be served and he promised to have gas in the golf carts so the ladies can buzz around the area. He also said that he road will be smoothed prior to that day :D.
Murrill is trying to call everyone himself but asked that I post this just in case he can't reach you.
 
Thanks Tom. Murrill just called me today. What a surprise! Does the owner of Mike Callahan's car hang out here? His was Murrills first Cobra paint job.
 
I think that Carpe Kid's car may have been Mike's, Brandon???

Randy, Have you seen this or been called by Murrill?
 
We are having our daughter baptized that day. One of the only Sundays the pastor was available to do it. I'll miss you guys, I can sit and talk to Murrill for hours!

Did murrill happen to mention the time? I either forgot what he told me or he missed that detail. Crystal might come depending on the weather. I don't want to put the hard top on.
 
I just called Murrill to get the time. 12:30-1:00 rain or shine. He got a liquid spreader to pull behind his tractor and wet the gravel the day before but the rain forecasted for Friday should take care of that :). Murrill also said that others are welcome as well. Weather you had your car painted there, may have one done there some day or just want to join in the gathering. There should be all kinds of cool cars if it's a nice day since it's not limited to Cobra's and he has done several cars that have been featured in magazines.
 
According to Murrill, Mike picked his up last Saturday and hopes to have it all together for the gathering this Sunday.
 
Sorry. Took me a while to reply. Yes my car was Mike Callahan's. It is now with Dave at Fastlane. We will see what happens and what I buy next:rolleyes:
 
Ugh. Can't find a babysitter, so if I make it out, it'll be in the grocery getter with kids-in-tow!
