Assembled Cobra for sale

I know Jon, real good guy and it's a very nice car. It's just going to be hard to get what it's worth in these tough times even though it's worth it.

So you've seen the car. He mentioned it now has 65,000 miles. Too bad we didn't meet him, sounds like he was a driver :D I was thinking with that much mileage, he may get $28k out of it. Like the color combo, clean build.

Oh, I misread it. Nice car, where's Brandon (Carpe Kid)?

Cool. I see he is a Browning dealer. I have a project for him.

Last I heard Brandon was with a mortgage company in St Louis (1-800-Granny8) Homestead Financial, maybe business is picking up. He was also working on a side project that I did the drawings for, not sure where he is with that.

They have plenty of Browning parts and great Gunsmiths at the Pevely shop. 1101 Mason Circle Drive South if you want to stop by. Ask for Jon, tell him you are a Cobra pilot and you know me. That might get you a tour of the shop :).

Tom you posted its a Mrk I, but its a Mrk II, so maybe just a typo. Nice looking, hope he can get close to that, but???

The kid is still around:eek:. I couldn't take the mortgage biz. It seemed the only way to do well was to go against what I believed in. I lasted about 6 months. I am the National Sales Manager at Nikco Sports. LOTS of fun! Perfect place. Yes Tom, I am still working on your drawings thanks again. I am in the patent process now.

Nice car for sure. Perfect fit, but unfortunately just a bit early for the budget at this point.

I don't want to cast doubts on a PUBLIC forum moderator and founding member's "dispersions" but, what "customer reports" are you speaking of? Feel free to PM me.

Regards,
Jon

Jon,

A PM has been sent with the reports you requested.

However, you are correct that I was wrong to post my original caveat to Tim publicly. It should have been private. For that mistake, I apologize to you and will remove my original comment.

Nice looking car.
Are you sure you want to sell it??
Good luck - but would rather have you as a member.
We have a bunch of fun around here.

Jon, e-mail me at m a u l d i n t @att.net (of course w/o the spaces) in regards to repair of a Browning Gold 12ga. Shotgun.

Sold

Car was sold this weekend. Thanks for the response on it. I may build again in a few years. I had as much fun building as driving it.
Thanks again!
Jon

If you miss it too much Jon, we have our meets at Sonic in Chesterfield Valley once a month. Check out the calendar for more info.
