Anyone Know a Plumber?

Looking for any recommendations for a plumber to run a gas line from my furnace area to my garage as I install a infrared heater into my man-cave. About 40' of 3/4" line that needs to tap into a 1" existing copper line.

Copper lines need to be brazed to meet code. I can braze steel but not sure I want to step up to brazing copper that is going to carry natural gas. Sounds like a sandbox I am probably better to stay out of.

Any recommendations?

A good and reasonably-priced plumber is as hard to find as a good and reasonably-priced woman. Please let me know if you find either. No one breathes a word of this to Diane!

I called Laclede Gas once to install a gas grill. They did a fine job. Plus, when the inspector came out when I was selling that home, they initially were not going to pass that installation - but then I told them that they did the install and all was fine.

you can't run steel pipe i have pipe dies and chop saw - i always use steel pipe
