Looking for 10-13-3 FM RADIO RECEPTION/SOUND QUALITY CHANGES WHILE DRIVING for my 2009 Flex. Would like the whole text. Thanks!
 
As soon as you start rolling, the FM reception goes to crap. Actually, not so much the reception, but the high tones come in and out. They replaced the audio control module (stereo) once, but that was before the TSB came out and it's still doing the same thing. I just wanted to make sure the part number had changed, etc. to make sure I'm not getting another dud.
