Anyone else have U-Verse that is down?

have not had Internet, TV or Phone the entire day. Lucky my VZW 4G card is working Anyone else have UVerse that is down?

Funny because my cable internet has been flakey the past 2 days.

We got home last night from Chicago about 11:00pm and the UVerse was fine.
Also worked this morning 7:30am-ish.

Mine is fine - have you called about the outage? unusual to be this long. May have a local issue at the distribution box

Yes. A tech came out yesterday, replaced the modem, came back 2 hours later only to tell me there was an outage in the area. Still no service this morning, so I contacted them again. They tell me the outage has been cleared, but troubleshooting isn't resolving the issue. They are dispatching a tech again. As you know, since I work from home, this is a major issue.

Charter was down for a couple of days too over the weekend.

The ATT tech showed up at 4pm.....31 hours after it went down, and this was with an escalation to management just to get me an appointment today They had the outage repaired as of 9am this morning. So, they had to replace my modem to get it to work again. Anyway, it's working....I will be completing that survey they sent me
