Is history repeating itself?

Technically...they are Blue Shirts.
But the enormous purchase of .40cal Hollow Point ammunition by Homeland Security makes no sense by a civilian agency. HP is not used for training...and the quantity ordered exceeds that of the US Military...
And why does FEMA need 2,500 new armored fighting vehicles...when troops in Afghanistan are using Humvee s with inadequate armor?

Pretty frightening - that's just me I guess. But the truth is that 51% of the population is happy that such fine young people will be there to help out in times of natural disasters, martial law, and population control. Let's just hope that these well-armed, fine examples of American assistance decide to "help" those very deserving 51 percenters - first.
