I wonder if it will be like the one that was in Earth City. Never did catch on and closed now its a church.

went to the one in earth city and it was a blast. the cars were wirelessly governed for HP and speed levels. Once you proved you qualified for the higher speeds, your restrictions were lifted and then they were a lot more fun.
