It's time. We need a head count.

Please indicate your attendance in the poll above or by adding a comment here. Members, renewing members, those who want to become members, this event is for you. Bring your spouse or significant other (or guest). Want to bring your spouse and adult child, just let us know a headcount by posting a comment in this thread.

We have a number of events planned for the evening - You can renew your dues and pickup the new 2017 calendar (those using the PayPal/Club Store link, we'll have your calendar for you). Need a new t-shirt, we'll have them also.

We'll begin with a social hour at 6PM and start the catered meal at 7PM. We'll have soft drinks and water - if you prefer a different beverage, you may bring that.

We look forward to seeing you there.

According to the poll, I'm seeing 17 so far (please correct me if I miscounted).

I need a rough count by Thursday night, so Pasta House can estimate the order. I'll talk to Ann about a date for the final count, for next week.
 
In addition to the above numbers, also include Jim/Kate Dooley, and Mark +2 (right Mark?).

All - In addition to stuffing our faces, we will have a trivia night. Tables of 8 or 10 will make up a team. Each team will answer the same questions, and submit answers just like a trivia night you've been to (Thanks Dan!) Some club business will be covered at the beginning of the meeting as well as a photo slideshow of 2016. It's our one premier event to get everyone together. Hope everyone can make it out!
 
Randy W. will be there - may have a guest-will know more by Wednesday.
 
It is INSIDE :p :D I have been keeping an eye on that. Keep an eye on this thread as well as your e-mail. If need be, we will pull the plug and re-schedule. So far, the snow isn't too much of a concern, but the predicted ice Friday evening is. We'll let you know. Thanks David.
 
A winter storm watch is now predicting 1/4" total ice accumulation beginning Thursday night...continuing all day Friday and not ending until late Saturday afternoon.

It is looking far too risky for 20 club members to drive 12 vehicles up to 160 miles round trip... on ice...nearly all of it driven at night

I strongly suggest we reschedule.

What is the alternate date??
