I don't know if the SPF with sleeks would have beat it, but it would have been very close to say the least.

I have to agree Tim. Slicks on that surface would make a whole lot of difference. Also, I take it with a grain of salt. It wouldn't look good for the AC to beat the Mustang from a sales standpoint. They even said for a fun car, you can't beat the Cobra, but for an everyday car the supersnake is it. It has a roof and air conditioning and heat. Ok granted. It may be abetter everyday car, but they don't get the thumbs up from everyone just cruising down the highway.
