This date has been finalized for Saturday April 4th. NOTE - this is a change from the official calendar. Thanks to Omer for coming out to the meeting tonight.

LOCATION - Lynch Hummer in Chesterfield - although they go by a different name now- something about shoot guns.

To repeat the information-

1) Cars scheduled for 1/2 hour each.
2) $45 paid to Omer for 3 pulls and diagnosis.
3) By Appointment - 10 to 12 vehicles committed from meeting tonight.
4) Schedule yourselves in 1/2 hour increments starting at 9am. Schedule using this thread.
5) Lunch will be served and prepared by US.
6) Gary O, Kerry O, and Dan T - will organize food and drink. Club will pay for necessary items.
7) Very Important - bring your engine build specs and as much information as you can re: your engine and set-up.
8) Any vehicle will be allowed.
9) Carb, Multi-Carb, power adders, computer controlled engines, Ford, GM, Mopar - all fine.

Mod note - this is not a competition, nor a service day. This is a diagnosis. A carb may be adjusted, or a simple tune may be done at Omer's discretion, within the 30 minute per vehicle / 3 pull limit. Folks, he normally charges around $400 for a full tune set-up. This is how he earns a living. In all reality, I will say that Omer will probably find that your vehicle will require his complete service which is NOT included in this day's activity. He may get you close, but I can't speak for him. He's a good guy, completely honest, a real expert, and has been very nice to us, but I do not expect him to "donate" his service.

So, come on out, let's have some fun. I'll be there all day. I may be set-up to videotape our pulls.

So - I'll start - I'll go in a 9am.
Who's next?

Bump - Who's IN????

Tim - 8a to 9a
Mark 9a to 9:30
Randy H - 10a to 10:30

Keep 'em coming - sign in here.

ALSO - let's scratch the Bar B Que. I would rather our members put their efforts into their cars. I can order some pizza, or make a lunch run if needed. So, those you you that volunteered to prep some lunch - DON"T. Just get there with your cars. I would rather we have good running cars this year.

Bump to the Top for a final car count for Dyno Day.
Anybody else???

Had thoughts of going to Arkansas for the weekend, but will not be doing that. See ya'll Saturday! :D

I thought there were a lot of guys at the meeting that wanted to do this. I hope to drop mine off with Omer later this week.

Dyno day

I haven't seen anything posted regarding the dyno day. Is it still this weekend 4/3? Can you run down the details; time and place?

Hope to make it if weather allows. Should be there about 9AM and will wait for my turn. Bruce

I plan on being there unless it pours. Do we need to bring anything in the way of tools or equipment?

Nope, just cash :D Omer said $45 for the diagnostic pull. You will need to discuss with him one on one if you want him to fix anything. He will give you enough info to fix on your own if you wish though.

I just talked to Omer - YES - rain or shine - ITS ON !
He said we can pull our cars into the service bay - it's empty.
The day starts at 8am with Tim.
Come on Down!
Don't forget - If you have build specs - bring them.

Mark

Rain or shine huh. I'll be there in the Cobra unless it's raining or looks like it's going to rain. If it rains I'll be there in the Pontiac just to see who shows up wet and enjoy the company for a while.

Finished the trailer today, heading to Winner's Circle tomorrow for pre dyno day maintenance. See ya'll Saturday.
